**Posizione**:
**POSITION PURPOSE**

Prepare and plan the loads for different markets, working with external logistics, export, Customer Service in order to achieve the company targets in terms of volumes and shipments. Manage the stock and the workload at the warehouse.

**POSITION NATURE & SCOPE**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing the shipments following the priorities given by the market, according to the backlog, the OTD and the Customer requests, interacting

with CS, Export and Finance depts.
- Preparing and providing load lists to the warehouse supervisor in order to accomplish the physical load of every shipment,
- Key person for define the daily shipment plan, in collaboration with warehouse dept. and front office dept.
- Arranging periodic alignment meetings with Export, Production, S&OP and CS depts..in order to ensure the on time availability of goods to be sold.
- Tracking some logistics KPIs (OTD, missing SKUs),
- Leading the activities ensuring a lean and reliable flow of information among with the over mentioned departments.

**Key Challenges**:
Providing and ensuring to internal and external Customers a full support in terms of deep logistics and final markets knowledge in compliance with the high standards required by final Customers

**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications & Education**:
University degree / high school degree

**Skills/Experience/Knowledge**:
SAP, English, ADR, knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, Excel, communication skill, problem solving
