**About the Role**
In this dynamic role, you will immerse yourself in the processes of various Coesia group companies, spearheading change requests to foster synergies and standardization. You are expected to lead transformational projects and programs across the board, needing up to 25% travel.
Reporting to the IT Manager for Engineering Applications, you will orchestrate resource coordination within an evolving organizational structure, aiming for seamless project executions.
**Major Accountabilities**:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key users and stakeholders, guiding them through technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Guarantee the delivery of projects and programs on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and integration opportunities to ensure our engineering capabilities remain cutting-edge.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, advocating for standard solutions while tailoring customizations as needed.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and benchmarks to confirm proposed IT solutions.
**Job Location**:
- Hybrid: Primarily based at the Bologna Headquarters (60% onsite), with the flexibility to work remotely up to 40%.
**What You Need to Be Successful**
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following PLM systems: Windchill, Enovia, Teamcenter, or Aras.
- Proficiency in at least one major CAD system, such as Solidworks or Creo.
- Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems is desirable.
- A proven history of successful project/program management.
- Programming expertise.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional project/program management capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, easing effective stakeholder engagement.
- A collaborative team player with a track record of fostering team success.
- Innovative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- A resilient "Can do" attitude, driving projects to fruition.
