Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Sales & Operations Planning Analyst to join our Supply Chain team located in Pomezia, Italy. Do you have experience in demand planning? Are you able to assimilate and clearly communicate complex data? Then we have a position for you **What you will be doing**: You will be part of the team for the Supply Chain processes for medical devices to be sold on the Italian market. In particular, you will work to support the Depuy Synthes division of the business. The Supply Chain team in JnJ Medical Italy has responsibility for Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory and Asset Management for the entire medical devices portfolio of the company and is focused on providing best-in-class planning services to support the profitable growth strategy of the company. **What impact you will also have**: - Frontline engagement with Sales Managers, Product Managers, Sales Effectiveness Managers. - Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Demand Planning area under direct supervision. - Support New Product Launches. - Takes ownership of less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the Demand Planning area. - Provides descriptive and predictive analytical support for the broader Demand Planning organization. - Responsible for maximizing Italy Inventory optimization through data analysis, validating customer requests and effective order book management. - Develop effective working relationships with cross-functional teams. - Supports and evaluates new methodologies and technologies to enhance the accuracy of the demand plan. - Adherence in full to Johnson & Johnson HCC standards and standards of business conduct. **Qualifications**: **We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements**: - Master’s Degree in technical-scientific field, ideally Management Engineering; - Minimum 6 months of company experience as Demand Planner, ideally in the Medical or Pharmaceutical sector; - Excellent Analytical skills - ability to assimilate and clearly communicate complex data; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2, ideally C1); - Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot, Macro, complex formulae); - Ideally: knowledge of JDE, SAP, Access.first port of call. **What type of mark will YOU make?** **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Johnson & Johnson means "YOU belong"** For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
