Per il nostro **Team Legal Public Sector **della sede di** Milano **ricerchiamo professionisti che si occuperanno di attività relative al **diritto dei contratti pubblici**, alle previsioni in materia di anticorruzione e trasparenza, e ai profili di informatizzazione della P.A. (C.A.D.).

In particolare, le attività saranno rese in favore di **Pubbliche** **Amministrazioni **e organismi assimilabili, e riguarderanno le seguenti discipline e aree tematiche:

- Contratti pubblici di lavori, servizi e forniture (D.Lgs. 36/2023)
- Pubblica Amministrazione digitale, _e-procurement_, _e-health_, e in generale digitalizzazione dei procedimenti amministrativi e della loro gestione documentale (D.Lgs. 82/2005)
- Obblighi normativi in materia di anticorruzione e trasparenza (l. 190/2012 e D.Lgs. 33/2013)
- Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza, con votazione pari o superiore a 105/110
- Abilitazione all’esercizio della professione di Avvocato;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
