un COMMUNICATION &
EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST
La figura ricercata, riportando all’Head of Personnel Development, fornirà supporto al Reparto nello svolgimento delle attività in ambito Comunicazione ed Employer Branding.
**In particolare**:
- Si occuperà della gestione della comunicazione interna e del piano editoriale sui Social Network per quanto concerne le tematiche HR;
- Si occuperàdelle attività legate allo sviluppo dell’Employer Branding.
**Si richiedono**:
- Laurea (Preferenziale in Scienze della Comunicazione);
- Conoscenza del Pacchetto Microsoft Office, dei principali strumenti informatici e dei canali Social più conosciuti;
- Ottima conoscenza della Lingua Inglese (Livello minimo richiesto:
B2) e, preferenziale, della Lingua Tedesca.

- Capacità di comunicare e di relazionarsi positivamente con interlocutori interni ed esterni all’Azienda (Team, Colleghi, Fornitori e Partner, Candidati, etc.);
- Capacità organizzative, flessibilità, autonomia;
- Spirito di iniziativa, determinazione e orientamento all’obiettivo;
- Accuratezzae occhio attento ai dettagli;
- Forte sensodi responsabilità.
