**Posizione**:
Per contribuire al percorso di crescita di uno dei nostri Hotel della catena lusso VRetreats siamo alla ricerca di un HR COORDINATOR che in stretta collaborazione con il General Manager della struttura e rispondendo al HR Manager di sede, si occupi delle seguenti attività:

- Pianificazione e acquisizione del personale (ricerca, selezione ed inserimento).
- Gestione di tutte le attività relative all’area dell’amministrazione del personale: inserimento presenze, gestioni variabili anagrafico/retributive nel sistema Inaz, assunzioni, cessazioni e proroghe.
- Predisposizione dei turni ed orari di lavoro e della eventuale reportistica legata al costo del lavoro
- Pianificazione, gestione e supervisione delle attività di formazione del personale
- Verifica dei risultati della formazione
- Definizione dei piani di sviluppo delle carriere
- Verifica e controllo applicazione Standard di Servizio in collaborazione con la Training & Quality Manager
- Controllo degli adempimenti relativi alla sicurezza su lavoro e degli accertamenti sanitari obbligatori
- Gestione dei contenziosi e aggiornamento continuo sulle normative in materia del lavoro

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale, preferibilmente in discipline umanistiche, economiche o giuridiche.
- Master in Risorse Umane costituirà titolo preferenziale
- Pregressa esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo, preferibilmente in Hotel Lusso
- Conoscenza del software paghe e HR Inaz
- Ottima conoscenza delle politiche e normative del lavoro.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in modo particolare di Excel
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team e approccio multitasking.
- Gradita una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
