**Posizione**:
**CUSTOMER AND DEALER CHANNEL SUPPORT**

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team che ha l'obiettivo di migliorare la **customer experience** in tutto il **customer jorney **del cliente (dalla fase di pre acquisto, all'acquisto, al post vendita). In particolare si occuperà di:

- Analisi e proposizione di attività volte a migliorare la soddisfazione del cliente
- Implementazione nuovo modello di business in termini di processi e sistemi
- Interfacciarsi con i concessionari e con il team interno per supportare i dealer in tutte le esigenze che derivano dalla voice of customer
- Monitoraggio e analisi dei principali KPI sulla soddisfazione cliente
- Redazione della reportistica relativa alla soddisfazione del cliente

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in economia/marketing
- Esperienza di uno/due anni in ruoli affini
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese fluente sia scritto che parlato
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point
