Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Multibrand Company, we are now looking for a:
**HR Business Partner - Retail and Commercial**

The resource, reporting to the HR Director, will be the point of reference for the Retail channel and for the Commercial population and will be responsible for the following activities:
**Responsibilities**:

- recruit and select new employees within the Retail and Commercial Area;
- be able to collaborate with management in order to understand business needs;
- partner with the HR team in regard of Compensation & Benefit, contracts, local public labor offices, funds, etc.;
- support the HR Director in the disciplinary processes;
- relate and cooperate with Administrative team and external partners;
- collaborate in managing and implementing training programs for the Retail Area;
- create an environment of trust, accountability and collaboration;
- partner with Retail and Corporate commercial management to identify needs and provide feedback.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ of experience in a similar role within the retail market;
- undergraduate degree is preferred;
- ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously;
- excellent communication skills, at all levels;
- solid problem-solving;
- independent but with well-developed collaboration skills;
- personal attitude to continuous improvement;
- experience in dealing with urgent and confidential matters in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment;
- proficiency in the Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
- fluent in** English** and **Italian**.
