We work with all the big brands such as Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, HP, Logitech, Jabra.
In order to expand our growth in Italy, we are seeking a Client Support Specialist.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To provide outstanding customer service to Markit clients in Italy.
- To look after our customer orders, inquiries and warranty cases.
- To communicate with our partners and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Secondary education or higher.
- Very good knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of Italian.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Ability and willingness to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Interest in IT competences would be a bonus.

Depending on experience, the yearly salary ranges from 25,000 to 30,000€, complemented by Health Insurance, Ticket Restaurant (8€/day), and flexible smart working options.
