We are looking for a **Team Lead UX Design**, committed to generating innovative and high-quality design outputs for large-scale projects in **Smart Buildings Solutions**, to be hired with a permanent contract in **Milan** within the **Smart Infrastructure **area.

**Your Challenge**
As a **Team Lead UX Design** your mission will be to **guiding our UX team** with generating innovative and high-quality design outputs for large-scale projects. You will enable our organization to mature their UX maturity and impact, actively contribute to its user centric culture.

Some of the main activities will be:

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary UX team across multiple initiatives for our building B2B products and solutions
- Collaborate with the cross-functional leadership team to understand requirements, contribute with user insights and make strategical and operational informed decisions
- Guide and empower the UX team to challenge the status quo and build innovative solutions
- Lead all aspects of the UX teams outcomes and ensure the compliance with quality guidelines
- Evaluate the UX team efforts, timeframe and needs to plan and organize their work
- Support the team to meet overall business objectives and measure their impact
- Help grow our inclusive UX team culture with your unique personality

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have**:

- Proven experience in leading design teams and large-scale projects and in representing outcomes to executive partners, clearly articulating your team vision, design decisions, goals and concepts to influence business strategies
- Previous Experience working with lean and agile UX approaches, familiarity with a SAFe environment is an advantage
- Confidence in leading design direction, developing goals, finding opportunities, and making decisions based on impact to users
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating user centric methodologies, strategic and operational initiatives
- Education background in design (e.g., product, interaction, visual communications, etc.), human-computer interaction or related field such as applied social science
- Eagerness to never-stop growing
- Eligibility to work in Italy
