Facility Management - Intern

The Challenge

What you will do
As Facility Management Intern you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.
There is no Typical Day in the life of a Facility Management Intern, anyway you will face every day with several activities such as:

- Project management about facility and real estate projects
- Budget control
- Tender support and KPI’S study for current general services
- Energy management support

What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Energetic)
- Analytical approach and proactive mindset
- Fluent English speakers
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
