Digital Manufacturing Manager

In your role as **DIGITAL MANUFACTURING MANAGER**, being part of the Global Operations Transformation organization, you will responsible to lead Digital Manufacturing initiatives within Ariston Group Operations by mapping opportunities and implementing digital solutions in collaboration with Business Owners, IT Owners and relevant Key Users. The scope of the role is to improve operational management systems, processes, maximize performance in term of Safety, Cost, Quality and Lead Time by focusing on Industrialization and Manufacturing processes within the World Class Manufacturing environment. You report to the Group WCx Senior Director.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Identify and design opportunities by continuously mapping state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and processes ITC related (AS-IS Mapping, component traceability, production declaration, MES SW, Maintenance SW, WMS on raw material, digitalization of workstations, etc.) in collaboration with Functional System Owners.
- Ensure the digitalization projects roll-out are executed with continuously improved standard of readiness (set-up and data as well as key-user level of confidence).
- Stimulate and identify opportunities to eliminate non-value added processes and align with technical experts on IT solutions for improvement projects.
- Design, coordinate and implement training programs related to digitalization.
- Interact and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.

**Know-how**
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering and/or Project Management, data analysis management or related fields.
- Knowledge of both ERP landscape, MES/MOM landscape and Manufacturing Processes.
- 5+ years of experience in IT and good understanding of Industrial Digital Technology in complex global companies.
- Concretely deployed and optimized digitalization processes within Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge across the Supply Chain and Operations domain (i.e., manufacturing, industrialization, planning, logistics, quality).
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and oral.
