Retail Assistant

The intern will have the opportunity to join our South-East Europe Retail Department as Retail Assistant.

In this role you will support the Retail Team in the roll out of the following activities:

- Follow up the project implementation flow
- Gather feedback from boutique and office staff
- Assist stakeholders
- Facilitate the coordination between Italian and Greek boutique for sales material both at local and international level
- Support boutiques and Retail Team on different tasks and on the implementation of new necessities
- Aid with the bureaucratic tasks (vendor supplier forms, PO creations, etcof all retail departments and boutique suppliers)
- Organization of meetings (contacts with caterings, location.)
- Support with stationary orders and boutiques deliveries

**How will you experience success with us**:

- You possess excellent written and oral skills in Italian and English
- You are able to use Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc )
- You are able to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- You are analytical and oriented to details
- You are a problem solver
- You like working in a team and are not afraid to face any challenges
