**Role & Team**

We are currently looking for a** Personal Assistant Internship (f/m/x)** who, reporting to our Executive Assistant Manager, will provide essential support to the CEO and other C-level executives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment while developing your skills.

**Here below are some examples of your core activities**:

- Support in managing the CEO's and other C-levels’ personal agenda, including travel, family appointments, property management, childcare arrangements, payment management and any ad hoc tasks as required.
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Collecting and sorting mail
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Ensuring that meeting rooms are in order before a meeting

- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level) and Italian (C1)
