Per realtà multinazionale con sede a **Milano**, siamo alla ricerca di un** Head of Finance and Accounting **che possa presidiare le attività dell'area AFC.

**Responsabilità**:

- Gestione dei processi di chiusura di fine mese e di fine anno, supportando revisori e contabili esterni nella preparazione dei bilanci e dell'analisi delle variazioni
- Coordinamento del reporting periodico (IFRS) alla capogruppo sulla base di chiusure economiche/patrimoniali mensili
- Presidiare, sviluppare e mantenere politiche finanziarie, procedure e controlli interni per garantire l'accuratezza dei dati finanziari
- Monitorare le prestazioni finanziarie, fornendo analisi e approfondimenti ad hoc in supporto al management per supportare processi decisionali high level
- Monitorare il flusso di cassa, la liquidità e la gestione del rischio finanziario, implementando strategie per ottimizzare le risorse di cassa e ridurre i rischi.
- Guidare il processo di budgeting e forecasting, collaborando con i responsabili dei reparti per sviluppare piani finanziari
- Supervisione degli audit esterni e collaborazione con gli enti regolatori al fine di mantenere standard di conformità elevati
- Gestione di eventuali operazioni straordinarie

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Economia, Finanza e ambiti correlati
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese a livello scritto e parlato
- Buona conoscenza dei principi contabili nazionali (ITA GAAP) e internazionali (IFRS).
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Finance Manager, Finance Director o in ruoli similari.
- Eccellenti capacità analitiche, con l'abilità di interpretare dati finanziari complessi e di fornire informazioni utili.
- Efficaci capacità comunicative e interpersonali, con la capacità di interagire con sicurezza con le parti interessate a tutti i livelli.

Sede di lavoro Milano, smart working flessibile su base settimanale/mensile.
