Per consolidata realtà farmaceutica basata in provincia di Roma, operante a livello internazionale e con un forte focus sulla ricerca ed innovazione, stiamo cercando un/una
IT Director
Principali responsabilità:
- Predisposizione dei piani di trasformazione strategica a livello IT e dei piani operativi di implementazione di nuove tecnologie;
- Implementazione e gestione operativa, in linea con le disposizioni aziendali, dei piani e delle soluzioni per la Sicurezza informatica e la privacy compliance;
- Predisposizione e gestione del budget di investimento IT, con costante monitoraggio dei costi di progetto all'interno della divisione e rendicontazione delle attività svolte;
- Gestione delle relazioni con fornitori e vendor IT.
Requisiti richiesti
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti ICT e di Change management, maturata all’interno di aziende del segmento farmaceutico-biomedicale;
- Ottima conoscenza dei software di gestione interni, delle architetture IT e dei processi di digitalizzazione delle informazioni;
- Buona conoscenza delle normative e linee guida di settore applicabili al contesto ICT ed alla digital transformation;
- Buona conoscenza dei principali framework e standard internazionali in ambito ICT, IT Service Management e Project Management;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Completano il profilo forti doti di leadership e capacità di negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni.
