Per interessante realtà di prodotto leader nella realizzazione di soluzioni ICT e facente parte di un primario System Integrator, stiamo cercando **un/una**:
**IT Director**

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di coordinare un team composto da risorse interne e da fornitori esterni, di definire la strategia IT dell'azienda e di occuparsi delle attività di software selection garantendo l’efficacia delle soluzioni tecnologiche prescelte nel rispetto dell’ottimizzazione delle risorse aziendali.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Definire e implementare nuove strategie per migliorare i Sistemi IT al fine di per ottenere un impatto quantificabile sui KPI aziendali;
- Definizione dei requisiti funzionali e architetturali degli strumenti informativi da introdurre in azienda;
- Garantire il completamento puntuale dei piani designati supervisionando tutti i progetti IT dipartimentali e collaborando con i project manager interni ed esterni;
- Promuovere la cultura e l'innovazione tecnologica in azienda, progettando interventi migliorativi su strumenti e processi delle varie Aree funzionali, in accordo con il Top Management;
- Predisposizione e gestione del budget di investimento IT con costante monitoraggio dei costi di progetto.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea Triennale/Magistrale ad indirizzo STEM o cultura equivalente;
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti ICT e di Change management, maturata all’interno di aziende di medie dimensioni;
- Buona conoscenza dei principali framework di riferimento per la gestione delle competenze ICT e solida esperienza lato Project Management e IT Governance;
- Pluriennale e comprovata esperienza nelle attività di pianificazione strategica, budgeting e forecasting;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
