**Posizione**:
**MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION PLANNER**
La risorsa, inserita all’interno di un team e con riporto diretto al Manufacturing Director, sarà il principale riferimento per la creazione dei piani di produzione, la gestione delle lavorazioni interne ed esterne e il coordinamento della ricambistica.
Tra le sue principali attività si occuperà di:
- controllo, aggiornamento e comunicazione della pianificazione della produzione nel reparto compositi rispettando i KPI condivisi con gli uffici coinvolti;
- creazione e follow-up degli Ordini di Produzione interni e in conto lavoro;
- creazione di richieste di approvvigionamento per acquisto di materia prima e semilavorati per le produzioni in serie.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o Meccanica (preferita), oppure esperienza professionale equivalente maturata in contesti produttivi dell’ambito metalmeccanico
- Buona padronanza di MS Project e conoscenza di un sistema ERP (preferibilmente Business Central);
- Conoscenze di base di meccanica (requisito indispensabile).
Una forte attitudine analitica, spiccate capacità di problem solving e team building, proattività ed ottime capacità negoziali, completano il profilo.
