**Position Summary**:Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager, this role is responsible to ensure that the internal processes needed for the Quality management system are defined, deployed, implemented, monitored and maintained. Guarantee process and products conformity and promote Plant Quality improvement with QC, WCM, Lean, tools.

Monitor and control quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording performance quality results (KAI and KPI)

**Primary/Essential Responsibilities**
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for process related concerns (Non-Conformity management )
- Improve activities to enhance the quality system, Management of WCM, Lean, and Quality Methods, KAIZEN, QA Matrix, 8D, A3, SOP, PDCA, 4M, 5W, KAIZEN, HERCA, POKAYOKE, VISUAL AID
- Effectively interact with Manufacturing Eng (AME), Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products
- Incoming material inspection and measurement and planning and execution of equipment calibration and metrology
- FMEA and Process audit
- KPI’s elaboration and analysis
- Q representative in Value Stream team and for New Product Launch Management
- PPAP execution with SQE
- Develop continuous improvement projects
- Support Claims Mgt/Service for Customer Quick Response and for Q issues/requests

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2-3 or more years’ experience performing work in a Quality manufacturing environment (Plant Quality)
- Engineering degree or Technical high school degree
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and coordinate activities within a department comprised of diverse tasks and demanding schedules.
- Must have good computer skills in Office and experience using an ERP system
- Demonstrated ability to problem solving including use of corrective and preventive actions
- Thorough understand of standard production processes
- Relevant experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
- Fluency in English
