Per nostro cliente, importante società di consulenza, ricerchiamo una figura di:
CONSULTANT - VALUATION

La risorsa si occuperà di supportare i clienti nella attività di valuation e financial modelling.

**Responsibilities**

La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Valutazioni di aziende, imprese, beni immateriali (per stime indipendenti);
- Supporto ai team interfunzionali nella preparazione di valutazioni, pareri di equità e stime;
- Preparazione del business plan e partecipazione all'esame degli investimenti e delle strategie aziendali, con presentazione di proposte al management;
- Partecipazione alla preparazione e valutazione di modelli finanziari per i deals, business carve-outs e finanziamento.

**Your Profile**

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea magistrale in Finanza, Contabilità, Economia, Ingegneria o discipline simili;
- 3-6 anni di esperienza precedente presso un'azienda di consulenza e contabilità primaria;
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese.
