The Client Service Officer position is a role responsible for servicing clients across different market segments and/or regions with multiple countries and languages. As The Client Service Officer (CSO), you will serve as the main contact for inquiries and will manage different types of investigations and inquiries including resolutions on the specific payment, trade or any other BNY Mellon product/service issues through the interactions with related internal parties throughout BNY Mellon. Working as part of the Treasury Services EMEA client servicing team you will also provide functional support to the internal clients including data collection and preparing reports and AML/KYC compliance information on clients. You will also provide day to day servicing support to BNY Mellon Relationship Management and maintain positive client experience to our clients. Essential - Business level Italian speaking and writing skills are required. Direct Client facing experience in a client servicing role ideally in financial services/banking.

Preferred - Operational Treasury/Transaction Banking background. Excellent problem solving skills required: Proven track record of responding to and delivering against clients needs. Interpersonal Skills Required include: Client focused (both internal and external clients) Results focused - a proven track record of delivering against targets. Continuous drive for improvement. Communication including listening skills
