Company Description

Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

Position

The People and Organisation Manager reports directly to the CEO of Atlante and, with the support and guidance of the NHOA Group's HR department, is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and thinks creatively about creating a safe and stimulating environment for people to grow, collaborate and work towards Atlante's mission.

**Task and duties**
- Communicate with management about issues and opportunities within the organization;
- Propose and optimize the organizational structure capable of supporting Atlante’s growth;
- Assess the resource and tool requirements of all departments needed to achieve business objectives;
- Supervise the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Keeping the remuneration framework up-to-date by ensuring the balance of the salary packages within each department and implementing group logic to ensure fair treatment between different departments and group companies;
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Reviewing employee performance to ensure it meets company standards and use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Organize the annual performance measurement process, constantly looking for ways to further improve the process;
- Propose employee retention strategies to be reviewed and approved at Group level
- Ensure job descriptions, employment agreement, remote work contracts and all personnel documentation are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar field
- You're passionate about people and creating an environment where people thrive
- You're a self-starter, who loves thinking about ways to improve processes and ways of working
- You have a good understanding of HR-topics
- You work well with all levels in the organization, take initiative and you're assertive where needed
- You can react well to changing situations and enjoy solving problems
- You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
