We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our smart Italia Team. The role is based in Rome, Italy and starts with a fixed 12 months contract.

**Your responsibilities**:
Orders:

- Execute order (B2B, B2C): allocation availability, ingestion, discount settings
- Track orders: e2e check till delivery on POS
- Invoicing: ensure invoicing with correspondent pricing scheme, check with F&C proper remuneration self-billing

Registration and subsidies:

- Execute registrations: collect needed documents on ADB + CoC and submit to external designated partner, track on time plates+ reg doc deliveries to agents
- When applicable: check funds availability, collect needed documents on ADB and submit to external designated partner

Sales support:

- Ensure smooth com among all stakeholders eg: area manager, external designated reg and subsidy partner, agent network, ALD.
- Transportation damage claims: manage damage claims happened during transport. Reporting: set and update sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

**What you bring along**:

- University degree (bachelor or master) in: economics, statistics, engineering or similar
- Internship / summer job / first experience in: backoffice, sales support, sales operations
- English needed both writtern and spoken (cooperation with englihs speaking team every day) + fluent Italian
- MS Office: excellent knowledge of xls (pivot, macro)
- Power BI: min. basic competence
- Hands on, you make things happen
- Self-driven and out-of-the-box working way
- Excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks) as well as social organizational skills, with strong intercultural competence
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment and positive work ethic
- You love to deliver results within tight deadlines: every month has an end-of-month, every quarter has an end-of quarter, every year
