Category Management Specialist

As a Category Management Specialist, you will be responsible for localizing and executing category and trade marketing strategies for the Italian market. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other key departments to strengthen our brand presence at the point of sale and maintain our competitive edge. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE** - Developing and adapting selling stories tailored to the Italian market - Supporting sales teams during negotiations with actionable insights and relevant data - Implementing and optimizing global category management tools - Planning and managing national promotional calendars - Leading in-store activation initiatives (e.g. contests, secondary placements, promotions, hostess activities) - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to optimize assortments - Collaborating with Marketing and Business Directors to align category strategies with business goals **YOUR PROFILE** - University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3-4 years of experience in category management, trade marketing, or sales - Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies - Analytical and creative thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and structured working style - Fluent in Italian and English **WHAT WE OFFER** - An international, family-owned company that cares about people and the planet - Exciting role with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities - Structured onboarding plan that enables our new employees to join the company quickly and successfully - Professional and personal training at our "Loacker Academy" - Company canteen **Location**:Bozen/Bolzano Your contact person for this position: **Stefanie Prader** Talent Acquisition To us, Goodness means celebrating and embracing the unique diversity of every individual.
