La risorsa si occuperà di assicurare l'erogazione degli interventi manutentivi sulla base della programmazione definita e degli eventi straordinari non pianificati.

Di seguito le principali attività:

- Assicurare l'erogazione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e/o di richieste di intervento
- Effettuare i sopralluoghi tecnici finalizzati alla rilevazione dello stato di consistenza e conservazione degli impianti in particolar modo per gli aspetti relativi ad impianto idraulico ed elettrico e degli immobili.
- Eseguire i servizi di manutenzione assicurando il funzionamento ed efficienza delle strutture e ottimizzando i costi di mantenimento
