Lavoropiù - divisione horeca - sta selezionando un/a Front desk agent turnante per importante Hotel 5* sito a Lisciano Niccone (PG).

Orario di lavoro: full time di 40 h settimanali con 2 giorni di riposo su turni: 7-15 / 15-23 / 10-18 / 23-7

Responsabilità principali:

- Accoglienza degli ospiti e gestione delle procedure di check-in e check-out
- Gestione delle richieste, segnalazioni e reclami con approccio orientato all’eccellenza del servizio
- Gestione delle procedure di chiusura giornaliera durante i turni notturni
- Collaborazione costante con gli altri reparti dell’hotel

Requisiti:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo in strutture alberghiere, preferibilmente di alto livello
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (altre lingue costituiscono titolo preferenziale)
- Disponibilità a effettuare 2 turni notturni settimanali (la struttura è ben sorvegliata h 24)
- Conoscenza di Protel o altri gestionali alberghieri

Si offre contratto stagionale da marzo ad ottobre con possibilità di continuare durante la stagione successiva.
