For our team in Italy, we are looking for an **Internal Sales Support**, direct reporting to the country Service Manager.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing the complete sales process for Service Contracts
- Supporting Sales and Service team
- Managing customer requests
- Managing good relationships with customers, UK Headquarter, dealers, and Sales Representatives
- Handling and solving customer complaints quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships
- In special case assisting with or performing administrative tasks
- Usage of Microsoft Navision, EIM, CRM, ERP Procurement tools

**SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- have a sales-oriented mindset, be flexible
- have a positive Can-Do attitude; self-motivated; good time management skills
- be Computer fluent, with specific focus on Microsoft Office product skills. CRM and ERP past experience is a plus
- speak Italian and English language: excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Additional language is a plus
- Based in Milan Metropolitan Area
