**The Role**:
You will collaborate with clients to implement and optimize our software solutions, ensuring their business goals are met effectively. You will manage project timelines, provide expert technical support, and lead training sessions to empower users. Your insights will drive continuous improvement, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance solution delivery. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

**What you'll do**:

- Implementation projects: You will be part of challenging and exciting implementation projects, providing consulting and technical support for the implementation of our software
- Training: We ensure that our clients stay updated through webinars and training courses. You will be responsible for creating the necessary documents for courses and webinars and conducting training sessions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in expert working groups.

**What you bring to the table**:

- An educational background in economics, acquired through obtaining a university degree
- The ability to thoroughly analyze complex situations
- Work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Previous professional experience in Consolidated Financial Statements is preferred but not mandatory
- An interest in IT and software is highly appreciated
- We place great importance on the ability to take on responsibilities and an independent, methodical work approach
- Business fluent language skills in Italian and English
- You can work from our Civitanova Marche office based in Italy
