Key Role:
Support the client by providing oversight and management of multiple infrastructure and facilities related construction projects that support operations at onsite client location. Lead and participate as a member of cross-functional team assessing client facilities construction, move management, IT, and construction security requirements. Oversee contract performance and quality assurance of construction contractor with the government while serving as the representative for the client in meetings. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, customers, and project team. Provide technical advice that enables client ability to enhance infrastructure and construction efficiencies.

Basic qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in developing or implementing secure construction projects or security project management fields
- 3+ years of experience with DoD or federal government construction projects
- Experience with using Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with construction management or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with construction management

Additional qualifications:

- Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations
- Knowledge of DoD facilities construction
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Completion of Twenty Hour or greater Site Security Manager Course
