**Market Access Manager (P&R)**

As a member of Pharmalex Italian Market Access Team, the Manager will be involved in the development of several MA projects (Pricing & Reimbursement), reporting to the Senior Manager and/or Market Access Director.

**Your Job**
- Prepare, execute and follow-up the tasks related to the P&R projects;
- Coordinating analysts/interns activities;
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses (landscape, GAP analyses, etc.) to facilitate development of recommendations;
- Perform the activities related to the preparation, submission and follow-up of the AIFA P&R dossier;
- Taking responsibility for creating/reviewing reports, presentations and other client deliverables;
- Conducting desk research to a specific topic using internal and external sources;
- Support the company in business development;
- Monitoring AIFA website and AIFA decrees for drugs;
- Fullfilling Regional P&R Dossier sections if needed.

**Your Profile**
- At least 3 years of experience in Market Access especially in activities related to AIFA P&R dossiers;
- MSc graduated in pharmacy or science or economics or statistic with strong record of academic achievement or postgraduate (MBA/PhD) record in Market Access or Health Policy or Health Economics;
- Previous experience in the preparation, submission and follow-up of the AIFA P&R Dossier;
- Knowledges of AIFA procedures;
- Expertise in coordinating projects and activities of junior figures;
- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: strong ability to work with Excel spreadsheets and create Power Point presentations;
- Knowledge of HTA analysis methodology is a nice to have;
- A previous experience with GVD preparation or regional Dossier is a nice to have;
- Knowledge of the regulatory system for medicines and medical devices is a nice to have
- Proficiency both in English and Italian;
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good planning, time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in different teams.
