Come flow machine shop operator ti occuperai dello smontaggio, assemblaggio, e lavorazioni meccaniche dei componenti delle diverse tipologie dei prodotti BKR, seguendo le specifiche tecniche applicabili, il disegno tecnico di prodotto ed il ciclo di lavorazione. Lo svolgimento delle attività dovrà essere effettuato nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e qualità definite dall’azienda per le aree di competenza.

In qualità di operatore di officina, sarai responsabile di:

- Durante le attività di lavorazioni meccaniche, smontaggio, montaggio e controllo l’operatore dovrai compilare piano di collauda, identificazione materiali, esecuzione controllo preliminare stato dei particolari in accordo alle specifiche applicabili.
- Sarai chiamato a suggerire azioni di miglioramento delle attività da te svolte secondo lo spirito del programma aziendale di miglioramento continuo;
- Parteciperai settimanalmente alle discussioni su temi di sicurezza e qualità all’interno della squadra di appartenenza (Safety & Quality Talk).

Per avere successo in questo ruolo dovrai:

- Avere un diploma di maturità técnica (preferibilmente Perito Meccanico)
- Avere esperienza referenziata su lavorazioni e/o assemblaggi di turbomacchine di estrazione aeroderivativa (LM).
- Mostrare conoscenza dei prodotti del settore O&G
- Essere disponibile a lavorare su 3 turni (anche nel fine settimana, se necessario)
- Mostrare capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegni/specifiche tecniche
- Dimostrare competenze nell’utilizzo di strumenti di misura di precisione
- Avere attitudine al lavoro in team ed avere un permesso di Lavoro EU
- Conduzione/programmazione di macchine utensili CNC e di misura a controllo numerico (DEA)
