**What you'll be doing...**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Retail Manager to join the McArthurGlen team in our Serravalle Designer Outlet.
The Retail Manager will be responsible for maximising the retail performance of a selection of stores in men’s formalwear, sportswear/outwear and travel/luggage within the centre, to increase profitability through developing close links with brand partners and the delivery of the Retail Academy Programme.

**Your Profile**:
- You have proven retail management experience, ideally at area manager level from a department store environment, fashion experience preferred
- You are passionate about retail & relationship management
- You ideally possess multi-brand experience
- You have excellent communications skills in Italian and English
- You possess strong analytical skills
- You bring energy and enthusiasm to McArthurGlen
