YOUR MISSION

Per il nostro negozio PUMA presso l'Outlet di Serravalle Scrivia (AL) ricerchiamo risorse di talento che vogliano mettersi alla prova in un ambiente dinamico e sportivo focalizzandosi sui seguenti obiettivi: ​

  • Rendere PUMA lo sport brand più veloce al mondo attraverso la gestione strategica e la promozione della cultura di vendita
  • Assumere, gestire e formare un team rivolto al raggiungimento dei risultati, assicurandosi che i programmi di training vengano eseguiti
  • Assicurare che lo store raggiunga obbiettivi di vendita e di KPI's attraverso strategie a medio-lungo termine, il controllo delle spese, la vendita ed il servizio al cliente
  • Garantire alti standard di customer service seguendo i valori del brand PUMA
  • Analizzare i profili dei clienti e le tendenze di vendita; comunicare e fornire feedback  costanti all'Area Manager
  • Trattare in modo efficiente la merce in entrata ed uscita
  • Raggiunge o superare gli obbiettivi di inventario e giacenze; gestire il conteggio fisico dell'inventario seguendo le regole del Loss Prevention
  • Assicurare che tutte le regole VM siano rispettate e che raggiungano o superino gli standard PUMA
  • Comunicare, gestire ed eseguire le iniziative Marketing ed eventi con budget in linea con le procedure aziendali
YOUR TALENT
  • Candidati/e iscritti/e alle liste di collocamento obbligatorio (L- 68/99) sono i/le benvenuti/e
  • 2-4 anni di esperienza manageriale in un ambiente retail focalizzato al customer service (preferibilmente Abbigliamento e scarpe) con obiettivi tracciabili
  • Passione per il brand PUMA
  • Interesse per il mondo commerciale e finanziario
  • Personalità amichevole, affidabile e rivolta al cliente
  • Abilità nel raggiungimento di obiettivi
  • Abilità nel presentare informazioni a grandi gruppi
  • Estroverso/a e con forte capacità di comunicazione e motivazione personale
  • Capacità di organizzazione e gestione del tempo
  • Utilizzo dei principali programmi PC: Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Internet
  • Orientamento all'apprendimento costante
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
