Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bozen suchen wir eine engagierte Unterstützung im Bereich Customer Service und Administration.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen
- Unterstützung unseres Außendienstes im Tagesgeschäft
- Rechnungsausstellung sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

**Das bringst du mit**
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Italienisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Eine freundliche, flexible und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung

Diese Position eignet sich auch für Kandidat:innen mit Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat, in der Administration, in der Buchhaltung, im Front Desk / Empfang, als Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Sachbearbeiter:in, Back Office Mitarbeiter:in oder in vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Assistenzfunktionen.
