The
_Talent Acquisition and People Development Specialist _will support all the activities related to our Graduate Program, Build the Future, from a business partnering and recruiting perspective and employer branding.

Your role- You will work in facilitating the activities related to the graduate program population for all the phases of their career (hiring, job assignment, job enlargement, engagement)- Partner with our regional colleagues to understand their talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines for the graduate program and coordinating the recruiting campaign end to end- You will create and advertise the job descriptions on suitable recruiting channels;- Working on our recruiting marketing channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) in collaboration with the Prysmian Group communication team will be part of your activities-
- Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations when requested;- You will attend and organize events to support the employer branding initiatives as well reviewing documentation related to branding

Your experiences:
- Minimum 3 years' working experience- You have a solid experience in managing end to end recruiting processes.- You have managed talent development programs in the past.- You have experience in organizing and managing recruiting and employer branding events.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- You have an interest in communication and branding activities- Having an international experience is a plus.
