We are looking for a resource that:

- is responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the **client's needs**, working with all the **key functions** of the agency and also with the Group when necessary.
- is responsible for the coordination of **advertising campaigns** (atl, btl, social, digital)
- work with agency colleagues to create an advertising campaign that meets the client's **brief**, **timing **and **budget**:

- handle budgets, manage campaign **costs **and invoice clients/suppliers
- work on **pitches**, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.
- handle creative team progress and use Group softwares

**Independent Ideas** is looking for an **Account Manager** **fixed term** for its Milan offices

You'll be involved in the **Account team** and you'll support and report directly to the **Account Director.**
**Qualifications**
If in your **past experience**:

- ** 4/5 years experience** in adv agency in a similar role
- Nice to have: knowledge of **automotive** **market**:

- Knowledge of digital and social media **key drivers**:

- Experience with **ATL** and **BTL**:

- ** Production **experience

If **you** have:

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- a problem solving and flexible attitude
- ** english C1 level**:

- handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure
- effective teamworking skills
- a willingness to learn
- bachelor's degree prefererably in Communications, Economics or Marketing
