Siamo alla ricerca di uno **STUDENTE O NEOLAUREATO DI TALENTO** da inserire nel nostro team di **SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICES** a Peschiera Borromeo, alle porte di Milano. L’opportunità prevede uno **STAGE DI 12 MESI**, con possibilità di inserimento al termine del percorso.

Entrerai a far parte di un team dinamico e internazionale, occupandoti del **CICLO DI VITA COMPLETO DEGLI ORDINI CLIENTI**.

**IN QUESTO RUOLO, AVRAI UN IMPATTO NEI SEGUENTI MODI**:
- Gestirai l’intero processo ordine dei clienti assegnati (inserimento, modifica, spedizione, logística).- Sarai il punto di contatto unico tra clienti, centri di distribuzione, stabilimenti produttivi e funzioni aziendali trasversali.- Fornirai documentazione accurata e aggiornamenti costanti ai clienti durante tutto il processo.- Affronterai e risolverai richieste complesse con un approccio analitico e orientato al cliente.- Collaborerai con i team interni per l’escalation di problematiche complesse, fornendo adeguata documentazione.- Verificherai la conformità della documentazione per l’export secondo la normativa vigente.- Supporterai la gestione dei reclami per non conformità di materiali o processi.- Prepararai e condividerai report standard e personalizzati, interni o destinati ai clienti.- Supporterai il team durante le visite dei clienti in sede.- Parteciperai a progetti di miglioramento continuo.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**REQUISITI**- Studente universitario o neolaureato in ambito economico, logistico o affine.**Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore)**.- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.- Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team.- Orientamento al cliente e attenzione ai dettagli.- Interesse per il mondo della Supply Chain e della gestione ordini.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**COMPETENZE PREFERENZIALI**- Familiarità con sistemi ERP e database aziendali.- Conoscenza base delle normative sull’esportazione e della documentazione doganale.- Esperienza (anche accademica) in gestione della qualità o miglioramento processi.

**COSA OFFRIAMO**- Stage retribuito della durata di 12 mesi. La retribuzione è di 900 euro lorde al mese.- Inserimento in un contesto internazionale, dinamico e orientato alla crescita professionale.- Affiancamento e formazione continua sul campo.
