**Other requirements**:

- Experience of working in a complex manufacturing site (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
- Organized and results driven with great problem solving skills.
- Advanced communication skill.
- Resilient and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple workloads, with strong people skills and a proven ability to influence people to achieve objectives and drive performance.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset.

**Language requirement**: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English

**What will you do?**
- Be responsible for the completion of site manufacturing-packing activities, including supporting the introduction of new products-packs, change-control activities, and effectively dealing with any issues that arise.
- Serve as the interface between the central manufacturing and supply-chain teams at the site teams (including production, logistics, quality and technical).
- To deliver the job on a day-to-day basis provide first-line technical support to manufacturing operations, as well as lead and deliver performance improvement projects.
- Working closely with engineering, production and quality help deliver production requirements by ensuring day to day technical issues are rapidly and effectively resolved.
- As required lead quality investigations associated with operations, as well as deliver technical activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) trials and planned change implementations.
- Ensure compliance with all site standard operation procedures as well as adhere to all GMP, Quality, Health and Safety processes in all aspects of the role.
