**JOB PURPOSE**

- As an intern, you will support daily operations and projects that help make our HR systems smarter, more efficient, and more people-focused — working side by side with experienced professionals in an international and dynamic environment.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Support in updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems (you will find the best in class: SAP SuccessFactors)
- Collaborate with the HR Service Center in handling organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities
- Monitor data accuracy and help improve data quality across different HR tools
- Assist in documenting processes and creating training or user guides for internal teams
- Help track and coordinate system requests or changes with IT and HR functions
- Contribute to small projects related to HR digitalization and continuous improvement

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis
- Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- 6 months internship
