**Description du poste**
Dans le cadre du développement des projets de notre client, nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Ingénieur Corrosion H/F.**

**Missions**:

- ** Analyse des risques de corrosion** sur les circuits de traitement (hydrotraitement, hydrodésulfuration, etc.) en fonction des conditions opératoires, des matériaux utilisés et des produits traités.
- ** Élaboration de plans de prévention** (matériaux, revêtements, inhibition, cathodique, conception adaptée) dans les unités contenant H₂S, NH₃, H₂, soufre élémentaire, etc.
- ** Contribution aux choix de matériaux** lors de la phase d’ingénierie : compatibilité chimique, résistance aux hautes températures, contraintes mécaniques.
- ** Participation à la conception** des équipements sous pression (ESP) et canalisations selon les normes API, NACE, ASME.
- ** Suivi de la corrosion en service** : mise en œuvre de techniques de monitoring (cupons, sondes, UT, inspection CND, RBI).
- ** Appui technique lors des inspections** et des arrêts techniques (revues d’épaisseur, expertise endommagement, diagnostic des modes de dégradation).
- ** Rédaction de rapports d’expertise**, recommandations et suivi des actions correctives.
- ** Interface technique** avec les équipes de procédés, maintenance, inspection, et fournisseurs.

**Qualifications** Formation**:

- Diplôme d’ingénieur matériaux, métallurgie, corrosion, ou équivalent (bac+5).
- Une spécialisation en corrosion dans le secteur pétrolier est fortement appréciée.

**Expérience**:

- Minimum 8 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un contexte raffinerie ou pétrochimie.
- Connaissance approfondie des procédés de désulfuration (HDS) et de déshydrodésulfuration, des milieux acides/soufrés, et des risques associés (sulfidation, HIC, SSC, amine stress cracking ).

**Compétences techniques**:

- Maîtrise des normes NACE (MR0175, MR0103), API 571 / 580 / 581, ASME B31.3, etc.
- Connaissance des outils de modélisation et de calcul de corrosion (FEA, corrosion loops, RBI).
- Bonne compréhension des procédés d’hydrotraitement et de leurs contraintes matériaux.
