Space Work seleziona **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR **per azienda di produzioni e lavorazioni meccaniche.

**Posizione**:
La persona inserita dovrà occuparsi di supervisionare e coordinare le attività di produzione in riferimento agli obiettivi di produzione concordati con la direzione, al fine di assicurarne il raggiungimento sia in termini qualitativi che quantitativi, perseguendo il miglioramento continuo dei processi. Sarà sua responsabilità assicurare la piena efficienza dell’impianto produttivo industriale verificando che la produzione rispetti i tempi e i costi preventivati. In caso di momenti di flessione nella produzione, dovrà indagarne le cause. Sarà incaricato inoltre di pianificare e gestire i piani di miglioramento rivolti all’industrializzazione dei processi. Gestirà le attività dei capoturno, curandone anche l’aspetto disciplinare.

**Requisiti**:
Diploma in ambito tecnico o Laurea in ambito ingegneristico. Si richiede buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e consolidata esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni come production supervisor in reparti preferibilmente di lavorazione meccanica o settore automotive. Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali e gestionali, capacità di leadership e di problem solving.
