**CUSTOMER MANAGER**
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Gestire e sviluppare le relazioni con i clienti, assicurando un alto livello di soddisfazione.
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di vendita e marketing per supportare le strategie aziendali.
- Fornire supporto e consulenza ai clienti, identificando opportunità di miglioramento e ottimizzazione dei processi.
- Monitorare le performance e analizzare i feedback dei clienti per implementare miglioramenti continui.
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma /laurea in Marketing, Statistica, Economia o affini
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nella vendita di servizi
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e problem-solving
- Orientamento al cliente e attitudine proattiva nel risolvere problematiche
- Disponibilità a spostarsi su tutto il territorio della Toscana
