Sodexo è alla ricerca di un/una **Food & Beverage Manager** da inserire nel team di un esclusivo **Centro Padel di nuova apertura nel cuore di Milano**, in partnership con **Golden Goose**. Un progetto d’eccellenza che fonde sport, design e lifestyle in un ambiente all’avanguardia.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Pianificare e organizzare il lavoro all’interno dell’area F&B
- Coordinare, motivare e formare il personale F&B della struttura
- Relazionarsi quotidianamente con gli stakeholder del cliente, curando la qualità percepita del servizio
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard di servizio e qualità predefiniti
- Gestire il budget e monitorare costi e consumi
- Supervisionare l’emissione e la conservazione della documentazione amministrativa e fiscale
- Gestire gli incassi e le attività di fatturazione
- Predisporre preventivi per servizi di catering ed eventi
- Assicurare il corretto utilizzo e funzionamento delle attrezzature tecniche
- Saper collaborare in sinergia con altri professionisti all'interno di un ambiente dinamico che include attività complementari (come servizi di food & beverage, sport ed eventi).

**Requisiti**:

- Preferibile esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella gestione di servizi di ristorazione al pubblico (B2C)
- Spiccate capacità relazionali, organizzative e di problem solving
- Flessibilità, precisione e spirito di iniziativa
- Passione per l’ospitalità e orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese fluente

Retribuzione: €1,00 - €2,00 all'anno
