**Descrizione**: For a multinational industrial company we are looking for the
**Finance Transformation Project Leader**.
This is opportunity to work within the Finance Transformation team, by leading end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign and system implementation.
Among your main responsibilities, you will be:

- enhancing corporate performance management and business analytics solutions to world class levels through innovation and benchmarking
- mapping processes, analysing and modelling the business accounting architecture
- working closely with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- improving controlling model and procedures, managerial reporting closing and consolidation processes
- analysing and developing recommendations for improvements and enhanced efficiencies in group accounting rules and principles definition, planning model and process design (budgeting and forecasting)
- designing business intelligence and data warehouse models
- overseeing the implementation of the new ERP system, ensuring data integrity, system integration, and user training.

Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, SAP Central Finance; Oracle CPM and BI analytics Systems (SAP BW/BO), together with the proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required.
English language is a must.
Availability to travel is a basic requirement.
