Coordination of marketing and communication materials related to Formula 1; - Management and handling of F1 show tyres (the replica version of the Pirelli tyres used in Formula 1, both full-size and in the 1:2 version used for the "Pole Position Award" ) and show cars. **Specifically, the areas of competence will be as follows**: - Supporting the F1 Marketing team in the management and evaluation of show tyres requests received through Market referents, F1 Teams and partner companies, interfacing with the different interlocutors involved from time to time; after an initial shadowing, the resource will have to be autonomous in the management of requests and in the evaluation of priorities, in agreement with the F1 Marketing and Activation team. - Coordination of the various flows, both internal to Pirelli (logistics, supply chain, market contacts and within the F1 Teams) and external in relation to the movement of show tyres and stock management; after an initial shadowing period, the resource must be able to independently manage requests and assess priorities, in agreement with his/her contact person within the F1 Marketing and Activation team. - Coordination of the flow related to the wind tunnel tyres used as "Pole Position Award" (stock management, decorative and graphic flows, logistics, in order to respect the timing imposed by the various races); - Management of show cars (of Pirelli and F1 Teams) as main contact within the team: updates and maintenance, approval of requests and evaluation of activities; - Support in the activities of selection, realization and approval of marketing and communication materials related to the world of Formula 1 to allow maximum use of them by the various Pirelli HQ functions and markets within the perimeter of contractual rights. With regard to the aforementioned activities, the resource must demonstrate knowledge of the main dynamics linked to the world of Formula 1, marketing and sports communication, ensuring correctness and effectiveness of messages and compliance with deadlines. - Support in the activities of reading, analyzing and representing championship performance data and consolidation through related presentations. **Requirements**: - Master’s degree in Marketing, Sports Marketing or related fields. - Proficiency in Italian and English (at least C1). - Ability in data analysis; - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel; - Proficiency in using various social media. - Proactivity, flexibility, ability to work in a team; - Excellent problem-solving skills; - A strong passion for Motorsport.
