We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional with top-notch experience within the ecommerce and fashion industry to join our team in Milan as the new **Online Store Management Specialist**.

**What you'll do**:
eCommerce Management:

- Supervise and coordinate all online store activities
- Assure that store setting and look and feel is always reflecting brand strategy and brand guidelines
- Overview store operations and correct workflow organization
- Lead the product publication process and price-book compliancy according to the delivery and publishing times of the brand
- Analyze, monitor, and identify actions based on KPIs of online store (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, returns, sales etc.)
- Coordinate across functions all different processes involved with managing of the online store, interacting with marketing, operation, customer service, creative direction and others.
- Guarantee the correct operativity of the store and activate necessary measures and people from other functions to manage the operations of the eCommerce
- Operative point of contact for eCommerce with other functions and partners
- Continuously monitor sales performances against target/budget suggesting reactions when needed
- Support budgeting, commercial planning and business KPIs monitoring
- Research and discover market trends and best practices from competitors and industry providing regular recommendations to top management about innovation opportunities
- Manage the onboarding process of new team members within the eCommerce store operations including training on the platforms
- Supervise general organization of the store team and timings

eCommerce Development:

- Analyze and propose development and enhancement plans (high-level and strategic for mid-long-term evolution)
- Follow-up of bug correction with tech partners (including tech developers)
- Project management of new developments, new functionalities and operations (es. CRM, new warehouse, etc)
- Keep good and proactive relationship with key people of tech and operational partners companies

**What we’re looking for**:

- At least 2-3 years in a similar role, with proven experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably within the fashion or luxury industries/brands
- Proven experience in leading a business transformation to develop a new business opportunity
- Experience in omnichannel support and managment is a plus
- Back-end CMS merchandising and site management experience - preferably in Salesforce
- Strong analytical approach and results-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multitask, with solid organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, and dynamic working environment
- Proficiency in English required
- International professional background is considered a big plus
