**PUBLIC TENDER SPECIALIST**

Our **Public Tender Team** is responsible for managing and participating in tenders for the awarding of insurance contracts by public entities.

**What can you expect?**
- Manage public tender procedures to avoid error and omission;
- Have a great ability to get involved and to find out the best strategy to be able to participate to a tender;
- Work with a variety of internal resources and tools to research, obtain and integrate specific information about operating company into proposals and presentations;
- Participate in strategy discussion of operating company differentiators for specific opportunities;
- Create templates for joint venture, subcontract and availment contracts following predefined formatting standards;
- Manage the preparation of the whole documentation, from the administrative point of view to the technical and economic ones as well as all measures to conduct the tender.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Law or Economics or similar;
- At least a 3/5 years of professional experience in the role in insurance and risk sector players;
- Knowledge of the Government and tender based procurement business;
- Analytical skills to define potential critical issues on tenders;
- Relationship skills to collect the necessary documentation from colleagues;
- Time management skills.
