**What you'll do**:

- Assist in developing budgets, projections, and data analysis for logistics operations.
- Identify efficiency opportunities through data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the optimization of performance by analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
- Monitor relevant logistics services and provide regular updates on performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing detailed reports and analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics performance and streamline processes.
- Support of the team in their day-to-day operational activities.

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across different functions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
