**Posizione**:
La risorsa si occuperà dell'analisi di elaborati grafici e documentali (edili, impiantistici, etc.), dell'analisi e valutazione delle varianti, della predisposizione dei necessari elaborati documentali che la supportano e della previsione extra costi e loro allocazione, preparazione della contabilità e dei report;
**Requisiti**:

- È un requisito necessario la conoscenza delle metodologie BIM, in particolare lavorare in 4D e 5D;
- È richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 certificabile);
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office (l’uso di Excel è un “must”), Revit e dei programmi di contabilità;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
