CCR is seeking a Controller for Italy who will also be part of the Southern Area team. He/she will play the role of the trusted advisor of the operational leader(s) and will interact with the finance team of the area. The goals of the controller are: Manage month‑end closing process Lead Shared Services RTR, PTP and OTC teams of the entity Manage tax process and identify and control risks and find opportunities to offset them Manage cash flow of the entity Contribute to the successful deployment of S4 Hana in Italy Manage statutory activities Lead internal, tax and statutory/reporting audits Manage controlling activities required by the group Ensure compliance with the group's internal policies The successful candidate will provide essential support for the achievement of the Plan/Target and for the success of the Strategic Plan. The individual will work with a wide range of key stakeholders including the Area Finance Team and leadership team, operational and functional teams. Proactive analysis, identification and implementation of actions in partnership with the Area Finance Manager and Operational Business Functions to drive business profitability and growth Drive / manage cash flow metrics and design working capital improvement plans with Operations (DSO, NITO, AP days) Play a key role on the forthcoming S4 Hana implementation. Improve data quality as basis for the analysis, drive the ERP to set‑up required financial transparency to analyze the business Overall coordination as well as detailed Solutions Delivery Yearly Plan / Quarterly Forecast / Monthly Performance Review preparation in cooperation with Partner Business Functions Sales/Margin/Cost analysis versus Plan/Forecast/Prior Year Project controlling validation and continuous monitoring of the Solutions Delivery Projects (Sales and Margin) KPI and ad‑hoc reporting locally as well as to the Headquarters Drive a culture of "best practice" by leading / participating in various process improvement projects to simplify, streamline and automate Fluent in Italian and English is essential Self‑starter able to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment Clear and effective communication skills Duties may require periodic overtime hours to support project deliverables Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a focus on Tax and IFRS Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Controller or Chief accountant, at an international company Good MS‑Office and ERP skills (SAP, Excel, PowerBI, Access, Powerpoint) Focus on results with a proactive drive and sense of ownership Daring to challenge and disrupt Assertiveness and persuasion skills Orientation to detail / analytical skills (high attention to detail) Ability to present the global picture, be concise, to prioritize in order to focus on the main subjects Ability to manage short‑term tasks as well as mid to long term Good communication, presentation Availability for travel (10‑30%) #J-18808-Ljbffr
